Job Description

Looking for a Compliance Officer to investigate allegations of workplace violations and ensure adherence to EEO laws. Your role is crucial in fostering an inclusive environment and safeguarding employee rights.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigations into allegations of workplace discrimination and compliance issues.
  • Analyze evidence and prepare documentation for review by executive management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance training initiatives.
  • Create and maintain records of all investigations, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding equal employment opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of EEO policies.
  • Provide recommendations based on findings to improve organizational practices.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Stay informed on best practices and changes within the employment law landscape.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
  • Master's degree in related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting EEO investigations
