Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pockets and Pieces Necktie Operator to join our team. The necktie operator will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to manufacture high-quality neckties according to specific standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for different necktie styles.
• Execute detailed inspections of neckties for defects.
• Train and guide less experienced operators.
• Collect and analyze production data for reporting.
• Implement safety measures in the production area.
• Keep work area safety compliant and clutter-free.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
• Prepare machinery for daily operation with necessary adjustments.
• Build positive relationships with team members to enhance collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in textiles or garment manufacturing is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
