You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our ski products by conducting repairs, maintenance, and installations. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and troubleshoot issues with ski equipment.
• Perform adjustments and customizations based on customer requests.
• Facilitate the installation of new equipment with precision.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary repair parts.
• Mentor junior staff on repair techniques and customer interactions.
• Regularly update training and certification on new technologies.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers seeking advice and assistance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in mechanical repair or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in maintenance and repair roles

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with winter sports equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Languages
