Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Event Planner in Las Vegas! You will be responsible for planning and executing high-profile events, coordinating with clients, vendors, and venues to ensure all details are meticulously handled. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Design creative and innovative event concepts that meet clients’ needs.
  • Manage timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met for event preparation.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to finalize event details.
  • Continuously coordinate with team members and stakeholders throughout the planning process.
  • Implement effective solutions to any issues that may arise during the planning stages or live events.
  • Develop and maintain detailed event schedules and agendas.
  • Evaluate event success metrics and generate reports for clients.
  • Promote events to targeted audiences via social media and other platforms.
  • Work with marketing teams to create engaging content for events.
  • Ensure that events comply with all legal, ethical, and safety standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning with leadership roles
