Job Description

As a Food Batchmaker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality pickle solutions, ensuring consistency, flavor, and safety in every batch. You'll collaborate with the production team to develop new recipes and maintain inventories.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and mix brine solutions according to established recipes.
  • Set up and operate pickling equipment and machinery.
  • Monitor fermentation and curing processes for quality assurance.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and quality data.
  • Assist in the training of new batchmakers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Participate in special projects and R&D initiatives for new products.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2 years of experience in food production or a related field preferred
