As a Food Batchmaker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality pickle solutions, ensuring consistency, flavor, and safety in every batch. You'll collaborate with the production team to develop new recipes and maintain inventories.
Responsibilities
Prepare and mix brine solutions according to established recipes.
Set up and operate pickling equipment and machinery.
Monitor fermentation and curing processes for quality assurance.
Maintain accurate records of production and quality data.
Assist in the training of new batchmakers as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Participate in special projects and R&D initiatives for new products.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
2 years of experience in food production or a related field preferred
