Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Correctional Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will facilitate the management and rehabilitation of inmates by assessing their needs, developing treatment plans, and coordinating services to support their rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify inmates' rehabilitation needs and establish treatment goals.
  • Facilitate access to vocational training and educational resources.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support.
  • Monitor individual progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Documentation of treatment plans and individual progress.
  • Provide mental health resources and crisis intervention.
  • Educate inmates about available community resources.
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders including parole boards.
  • Attend training sessions on correctional case management techniques.
  • Advocate for inmates’ rights throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a correctional environment
