Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will be tasked with the operation of machinery and tools, ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work alongside a dedicated team to meet our quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct handling of materials and tools to promote a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Assist in training new team members on production processes and safety protocols.
• Document production data and report to supervisors as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or metalworking preferred

Technical Skills

• Hand-eye coordination
• Blueprint reading

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with different materials such as plastic or wood: Hands-on experience with various manufacturing materials can be beneficial.
