We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milk Drier to join our team. The Milk Drier will be responsible for operating and maintaining milk drying equipment, ensuring that product quality and safety standards are met. This role requires strong attention to detail and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation of drying machines and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular checks on drying parameters and adjust as necessary.
• Keep detailed records of production activities and incidents.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks according to schedule.
• Safeguard compliance with company safety protocols.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operations.
• Collect and analyze data to improve drying efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations involving equipment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in food processing or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the dairy industry.
