Job Description

A CAT Skinner, also known as an Industrial Truck and Tractor Operator, is responsible for operating Caterpillar bulldozers and other heavy machinery. The individual will perform tasks such as earthmoving, debris removal, and ensuring all machinery is well-maintained and operational.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and operate Caterpillar bulldozers and heavy machinery.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of equipment during operations.
  • Read and interpret site plans and drawings.
  • Ensure smooth communication with other crew members.
  • Maintain documentation regarding work procedures and equipment.
  • Ensure efficiency by observing work practices and providing suggestions.
  • Participate in team safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in operating heavy machinery.
