Logistics Solutions Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in supply chain management, focusing on logistics, procurement, and inventory control to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain initiatives to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Interface with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics.
• Oversee the management of inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Implement best practices in logistics and distribution.
• Facilitate continuous improvement projects across the supply chain.
• Train and mentor supply chain team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in supply chain or operations management

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis Tools

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
