Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with small business clients to understand their banking needs.
• Manage a portfolio of business clients, providing personalized service.
• Achieve sales and referral goals as established by management.
• Assist clients in navigating credit and financing options.
• Monitor industry trends to offer strategic advice to clients.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate satisfaction and future needs.
• Work alongside loan officers to coordinate financing opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and informational seminars for clients.
• Ensure all banking processes are streamlined for optimal client experience.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain thorough records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business related field
• Master’s degree in Finance preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in banking.
