We are seeking skilled Woodworking Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the operation of woodworking machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Set up woodworking machines and prepare for production runs.
• Operate machines to fabricate parts and products from wood.
• Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in the implementation of production improvements.
• Record production data and machine performance metrics.
• Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safety-oriented culture.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in woodworking or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
