We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in San Antonio. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring a safe environment for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily care activities for assigned patients.
• Implement nursing interventions based on patient care plans.
• Educate patients about managing their conditions and medications.
• Actively communicate with physicians regarding patient status.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in patient safety and care.
• Mentor and support junior nursing staff in clinical settings.
• Engage in continuing education and skill advancement.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
• BSN is preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting

Technical Skills

• Medication Administration
• Wound Care

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Empathy

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual in Spanish: Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients.
• Experience in critical care nursing: Solid background in ICU or emergency department nursing.
