Job Description

As a Roller Operator, you will play a crucial role in our construction team by effectively using the roller to compact various materials. You will ensure that safety protocols are followed while maintaining precise records of operations.

Responsibilities

  • Adjust machine controls to regulate the speed and pressure of the roller.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
  • Conduct daily inspections on roller machinery for functionality.
  • Report any major mechanical issues to the Site Supervisor.
  • Complete daily production reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in construction equipment operation

Languages
