We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Administrator to join our Houston team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving patient care services. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize operational efficiency and enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct healthcare service operations and manage facility resources.
• Establish quality improvement initiatives based on patient feedback.
• Evaluate and enhance staff performance and development initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with medical staff and administration.
• Implement technology solutions to improve patient care and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare standards and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or relevant field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in healthcare administration or related role
