Job Description

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by evaluating retail establishments. Your keen attention to detail will ensure that evaluations are comprehensive and insightful, contributing to our mission of improving customer experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Visit various retail locations to evaluate service quality and customer experience.
  • Document detailed findings and insights for client reports.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure evaluations are on track.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations based on your evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards during mystery shopping evaluations.
  • Complete tasks within set deadlines and maintain high-quality reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or retail setting
