Job Description

The Work Order Sorting Clerk is pivotal in ensuring that all incoming work orders are sorted and prioritized accurately, allowing for seamless processing across departments. This role will require exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and proficient at maintaining records.

Responsibilities

  • Sort work orders for efficient processing and timely completion.
  • Document the status of work orders in the system.
  • Communicate delays or issues with completed work orders promptly.
  • Participate in operational meetings to discuss challenges and solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sorting and processing tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree or similar is a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative roles
