Job Description

As a Curriculum Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage the curriculum development process, ensuring high standards of quality in instructional materials. You will be instrumental in facilitating professional development sessions for faculty and collaborating with departments to enhance educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum frameworks and guidelines for educational programs.
• Facilitate collaboration among faculty during curriculum planning.
• Assess the impact of curriculum changes on student learning outcomes.
• Report on curriculum development progress to administration.
• Promote innovative teaching methods and curriculum improvements.
• Support the implementation of blended and online learning initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related fields
• Master's degree in Curriculum Studies or related field is preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of educational experience, particularly in curriculum development.
