Responsibilities

• Effectively operate cutting and peeling machines to prepare fruits and vegetables.
• Monitor output and ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols

Advantageous

• Experience working in a high-volume production environment: Previous experience in fast-paced food production settings preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils: Familiarity with common kitchen tools and equipment used in food preparation.
