Job Description

As a Custodial Supervisor, you will oversee a talented team of custodians while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in our facilities. Your role will include training staff, developing cleaning schedules, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead custodial staff to achieve cleaning goals.
  • Ensure effective communication among the cleaning team.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning products and request reorders.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for cleanliness.
  • Respond to feedback from staff and clients regarding facility cleanliness.
  • Schedule and conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Analyze cleaning processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's Degree in Facility Management or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in custodial management or supervisory role
Technical Skills
  • Inventory management software
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery

  • Flexibility and adaptability
Certifications
  • Certification in janitorial or custodial services
Languages
  • English: Fluent
