Job Description

As a Motorboat Operator, you'll be at the helm of our speedboats, ensuring safe passage and exceptional service for our passengers. Your role is vital to providing memorable experiences on the water while adhering to all maritime regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all boating and safety regulations.
• Provide a warm welcome and friendly service to all passengers.
• Monitor weather conditions continuously during trips.
• Document trip details accurately, including passenger data and any incidents.
• Participate in regular safety training and team meetings.
• Take part in community outreach programs to promote water safety.
• Assist in the maintenance of navigational and safety equipment.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Adventure Waters Inc. through exemplary service.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all trips to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote services effectively.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in a maritime-related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in passenger transportation.
