Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative wellness programs.
  • Analyze employee feedback to continuously improve wellness offerings.
  • Coordinate with health insurance providers to ensure comprehensive wellness resources.
  • Engage employees in health assessments and encourage participation in wellness challenges.
  • Cultivate relationships with community wellness organizations to enhance program offerings.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to employees regarding wellness strategies.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to employee health and wellness engagement.
  • Evaluate success of wellness initiatives and suggest new programs based on health trends.
  • Prepare and manage wellness budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Foster an environment of health and well-being through ongoing education and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Wellness Management, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the corporate wellness sector.
