Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of innovative wellness programs.
Analyze employee feedback to continuously improve wellness offerings.
Coordinate with health insurance providers to ensure comprehensive wellness resources.
Engage employees in health assessments and encourage participation in wellness challenges.
Cultivate relationships with community wellness organizations to enhance program offerings.
Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to employees regarding wellness strategies.
Track and report on key metrics related to employee health and wellness engagement.
Evaluate success of wellness initiatives and suggest new programs based on health trends.
Prepare and manage wellness budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Foster an environment of health and well-being through ongoing education and support.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Wellness Management, or related field
Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in the corporate wellness sector.
