Job Description

As a Rail Car Repairer, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance and repair work on rail cars. This role is critical for ensuring the operational safety and efficiency of railway services. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude and experience in railway maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and mental health issues.
• Create and implement effective treatment programs based on individual assessments.
• Provide ongoing support and modifications to treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with other agencies or services for managing client care.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.
• Participate in case reviews and evaluations to enhance service delivery.
• Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date client files.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Counseling or Psychology
• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Completion of supervised clinical experiences

Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and different age groups
