Job Description

As a Telehealth Nurse Educator, you'll play a crucial role in providing education and support to patients accessing healthcare remotely. You'll utilize digital communication technologies to guide patients in managing their health conditions effectively, ensuring they receive the care they need while fostering independence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational programs that empower patients to manage their health more effectively.
• Conduct virtual visits and follow-up calls to assess patient progress and understanding.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• Master's degree in nursing (MSN) is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience with a focus on telehealth practice preferred.
