Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial-Organizational Psychologist to analyze and enhance our clients' workplace environments. You will utilize psychological principles to improve employee performance and develop effective training programs.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive workplace assessments to improve operational efficiency.
Implement employee feedback mechanisms and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate on cross-functional teams to enhance performance management systems.
Facilitate trainings on team dynamics and communication skills.
Create employee manuals and resources on workplace best practices.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of organizational interventions.
Provide individual coaching for management staff to enhance leadership capabilities.
Analyze assessment data to inform decision-making processes.
Work with HR to ensure the alignment of policies with organizational culture.
Engage in ongoing professional development related to I-O Psychology.
Requirements
Education
PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred
Master's degree in a relevant field required
Experience
5+ years of experience in related fields including organizational development or human resources
