As a Human Resources Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a critical role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. You will support the Talent Acquisition team to streamline processes and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring and a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in performance management processes, including reviews and feedback sessions.
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have all necessary resources.
• Help develop training materials and conduct workshops.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination

• HR Information Systems (HRIS)

Certifications

• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)

Languages

• English: Fluent
