Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve the employee onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Conduct analysis of HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Guide staff in understanding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.
  • Help in developing training materials and resources for staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR practices.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Assist in organizing company-wide events and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
