Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Box Loader to join our enthusiastic warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading boxes onto trucks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in preparing shipments for delivery. Your role will be vital in maintaining the flow of goods and contributing to overall operational success.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload boxes and packages to/from trucks and conveyors.
• Sort and organize packages for efficient distribution.
• Ensure packages are handled with care, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Use forklifts or other equipment as required.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas.
• Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Monitor and report equipment malfunctions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss daily goals.
• Train new employees on loading procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid forklift operator certification is a plus

Experience

• No prior experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.
