Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Philadelphia. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct and timely medication dispensing.
  • Advise patients on proper medication use and health outcomes.
  • Conduct medication therapy reviews.
  • Work closely with physicians to adjust medication dosages as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Update knowledge of new medications and treatments.
  • Promote health education and wellness programs.
  • Assist with the development of departmental protocols.
  • Participate in research and clinical trials when applicable.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
  • Certification from a recognized pharmacy board is desirable
Experience
  • 4+ years of pharmacy experience with specialty certification preferred
