We are searching for dedicated Home Health Aides (Direct Support Professionals) to join our team. You will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities in their daily activities and personal care. Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care, ensuring client comfort and dignity.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting their independence.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
• Encourage and facilitate community integration and recreational involvement.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure clients' health needs are met.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred.

Certifications

• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder training) are a plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in crisis intervention: Ability to respond appropriately in crisis situations to ensure client safety.
