Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power Plant Operator to manage control systems and monitor operations to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and be committed to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor instruments and controls to maintain optimal plant performance.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on various plant equipment.
• Document all maintenance and operational activities as required.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed during all operations.
• Collaborate with engineers and other staff for system improvements.
• Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.
• Oversee fuel management to ensure adequate supply levels.
• Engage with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in power plant technology preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in power plant operations or related field

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
