Job Description
As an Orientation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our HR team, conducting engaging orientation programs for new employees. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into our vibrant work culture.
Responsibilities
Design and implement effective new hire orientation programs.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
Provide support and guidance to new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Conduct informative sessions on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Create and update orientation materials including handbooks and presentations.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify training needs.
Assist in organizing company-wide events related to employee engagement.
Maintain and update employee records and databases to track onboarding progress.
Research and apply best practices in onboarding and orientation to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
Experience with remote onboarding processes is preferred.
Experience
2+ years of experience in HR or employee onboarding

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
