Job Description

We are seeking detailed-oriented Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to cut and shape metal and plastic materials, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and safety.
• Train new operators on machine setup and operation procedures.
• Monitor machine operations for abnormalities and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Document production metrics and assist in reporting on performance.
• Participate in safety audits and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machine operations preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
