Job Description
The Weapons Officer will be responsible for managing and operating all weapons systems onboard a naval vessel, ensuring their safety, effectiveness, and readiness for combat situations.
Responsibilities
Oversee the armament inventory and manage supply requisitions.
Coordinate with logistics for necessary equipment and munitions.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for weapons operation.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades to existing systems.
Act as a liaison between the Weapons Department and senior command.
Facilitate cross-departmental communication for comprehensive mission planning.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Military Strategy or related field is preferred
