Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a crucial role in our wood processing operation. You will be responsible for operating the green chain system to ensure efficient sorting and stacking of lumber while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain operation of the green chain system.
• Sort lumber according to size and functionality.
• Stack finished products accurately to minimize handling damage.
• Conduct routine machinery checks and report issues promptly.
• Assist with training on machinery and operational processes.
• Track productivity and report any inefficiencies.
• Promote a culture of safety and responsibility among team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• A minimum of 1 year in wood processing, preferably with green chain systems.
