Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Computer User Support Specialist to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will assist users in resolving technical issues and ensure optimal functionality of software applications. Strong troubleshooting skills combined with an understanding of user needs are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users with technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Create and update technical documentation to facilitate user training.
  • Work closely with IT teams to enhance application functionality.
  • Participate in user training sessions for software applications.
  • Provide feedback to development teams regarding user issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and checks on software applications.
  • Maintain an inventory of commonly used software tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective issue resolution.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and bring recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in application support or technical roles
