As a Home Appliance Repairer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and adjusting appliances for optimal performance. This role requires excellent technical skills and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate appliance repair needs and determine eligibility for warranties.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through excellent service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for repairs and safety.
• Regularly update personal skills and knowledge through training.
• Assist in training junior technicians when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Vocational training in appliance repair is an advantage

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a related field
