Job Description
As a Home Appliance Repairer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and adjusting appliances for optimal performance. This role requires excellent technical skills and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Evaluate appliance repair needs and determine eligibility for warranties.
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and maintain customer relationships through excellent service.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Assist in training junior technicians when necessary.
Requirements
Education
