Job Description

As the Director of Women's Ministry, you will spearhead initiatives focused on nurturing spiritual growth and fostering community connections among women. This role requires a passionate leader dedicated to empowering women through guidance, training, and resource development.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the execution of women's ministry programs.
• Serve as a spiritual mentor and resource for women in need of support.
• Manage ministry budgets, ensuring responsible allocation of funds.
• Collaborate on cross-departmental initiatives to enhance women's engagement.
• Utilize data and feedback to refine ministry strategies and goals.
• Organize fundraising events to support ministry activities.
• Engage in community dialogues to promote women's empowerment and leadership.
• Create a network of support for women in various life stages.
• Facilitate partnerships with local businesses and organizations to strengthen outreach.
• Document and report on ministry activities and outcomes for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work or Psychology
• Master's degree in Theology or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in women's ministry, counseling, or community service
