Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, providing entertaining and educational commentary.
• Maintain safety and adherence to regulations during excursions.
• Facilitate group activities to promote team bonding among participants.
• Collaborate with other guides and staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and implement new tour concepts based on local trends.
• Promote additional services or products to guests as appropriate.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in tourism are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in tour guiding or related fields

Technical Skills

• First Aid Certification
• Storytelling

Certifications

• Tour Guide Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Fluent
