Job Description

As a Table Games Pit Manager, you will oversee the operations of our table games, ensuring that every game runs smoothly and that our guests receive outstanding service. You will manage a team of dealers and collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of blackjack, poker, and other table games.
• Train and mentor dealers for optimal performance in guest interactions.
• Address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise on the gaming floor.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all gaming regulations.
• Conduct meetings with staff to discuss performance metrics and operational strategies.
• Develop promotional strategies to enhance guest engagement at table games.
• Interact with high-rollers and handle VIP guest relations to enhance casino reputation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in casino operations and at least 2 years in a managerial role
