Job Description

We are seeking skilled Sewing Machine Operators to operate and maintain cuffing machines efficiently. The ideal candidates will oversee machine setups, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with safety standards while producing quality textiles.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust cuffing machines for optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections of materials and products.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production flow.
• Document maintenance activities and machine performance.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery.
• Evaluate machine performance and suggest improvements.
• Participate in safety training and uphold safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
• Report any mechanical issues to management immediately.
• Stay updated on new manufacturing practices and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in textile manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Languages
