Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders. In this role, you will operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality concrete blocks for various construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings according to production requirements.
• Perform comprehensive checks on machines and tools.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to resolve defects.
• Keep the production area organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Document production data and report discrepancies.
• Promote a culture of safety and teamwork within the production environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or construction preferred

Technical Skills

• Concrete mixing
• Basic electrical knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of concrete properties: Understanding of concrete composition and setting times.
• Background in construction safety: Experience in maintaining safety protocols on-site.
