Job Description

As a Plastering Contractor at Construction Solutions Ltd., you will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plaster walls and ceilings for both residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities

• Assess project requirements and prepare work plans for plastering tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
• Manage inventory of materials and tools required for plastering work.
• Collaborate with project managers and onsite teams for scheduling.
• Conduct regular inspections of plastering work for quality assurance.
• Provide input on the selection of materials based on project specifications.
• Address client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous learning of new plastering techniques and materials.
• Implement best practices in plastering to enhance productivity.
• Document project progress and report any issues to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent experience

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in plastering and wall finishing
