Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist in Los Angeles, you will play a critical role in enhancing our IT infrastructure and ensuring our systems run smoothly. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line support for IT-related inquiries.
  • Assist with the development of IT policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users on technology tools.
  • Ensure proper documentation of systems and processes.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues quickly.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+) are preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT administration
