Job Description

As a Wheel Mill Operator, you'll operate and monitor machinery to produce quality wheels precisely. This position demands responsibility for machine settings, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor milling machines to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform regular checks on product quality and machine performance.
• Maintain a clean workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
• Document production processes and product inspections.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine faults and maintaining equipment.
• Support teammates in production tasks and workflow improvements.
• Participate in safety training and team meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification related to manufacturing

Experience

• 3+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• CNC machine experience
• Lean manufacturing knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC machines: Hands-on experience in operating CNC machinery for precision manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles: Ability to apply lean methodologies to optimize production efficiency.
