Job Description
As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting elderly residents with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support. Your compassionate care will significantly enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate care to elderly residents while respecting their dignity and preferences.
Track daily health reports and communicate findings to the supervising nurse.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.
Maintain an organized record of patient care to ensure compliance.
Assist residents in attending appointments and social outings.
Encourage and assist residents to engage in physical activities.
Be available to respond to residents’ concerns and needs quickly.
Adhere to all safety and health standards in the delivery of care.
Support fellow team members in providing high-quality service.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA) is required
Experience
Experience with elderly or disabled individuals is required.
