As a Family Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting families in need. Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify family needs and develop tailored support plans.
• Provide counseling and support services to families in crisis.
• Facilitate connections between families and community resources.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to program development.
• Support families through case management and follow-up services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a related field, ideally with families

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Basic

Advantageous
