Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of clinical trials from initiation through completion.
  • Facilitate communication with regulatory agencies regarding study updates.
  • Ensure that clinical trials comply with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Build and maintain relationships with investigative sites and research staff.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of study protocols.
  • Prepare documentation for monitoring visits and audits.
  • Coordinate logistics for study visits and supplies.
  • Assist in clinical trial budgeting and resource planning.
  • Ensure high standards in the quality and accuracy of trial data.
  • Provide leadership in troubleshooting and problem-solving in studies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Clinical Research
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical trials or healthcare settings
