Job Description

Join our team as a Recreational Vehicle Service Technician, where you will work collaboratively to design and implement custom features in vans. Your expertise will help create functional and aesthetically pleasing living environments for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify their specific van conversion requirements.
• Draft detailed plans and sketches for custom modifications.
• Execute installation of electrical and plumbing systems safely.
• Construct and fit fixtures and furniture according to design.
• Manage time effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Document and report progress to the project manager regularly.
• Continually improve craftsmanship through training and feedback.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely material acquisition.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Engage in teamwork and communication to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Automotive Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications in vehicle modification are preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in custom van conversion.
