Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities in the preparation department to ensure efficiency.

• Address any personnel issues swiftly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee inventory audits.
• Engage in strategic planning with upper management for future improvements.

• Ensure the team meets quality targets and operational goals.
• Stay informed on industry best practices for manufacturing.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a production supervisory role
